We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to assist guests with reservations and information requests.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
