The Global Account Manager is responsible for developing key RIM accounts through relationship expansion, customer satisfaction and portfolio growth. This role requires strong internal collaboration with operations, product and account management to drive account strategy and performance. The Global Account Manager is responsible for managing various projects in and around the warehouse that have a value in excess of $1,000,000 to RIM. This position is not designed for the smaller, task oriented items that local management will own. This position can and will include:
- Account Implementation and short term management
- Facility analytics, moves and changes
- P+L work, analytics and turning specifics into profitable or more profitable parts to our business
- Technology changes that are deemed project with high important and dollar value
The position will be driven and measured on timeliness completion and profitability.
