We invite applications for the position of Gas Bar Site Manager to join our Consumer Fuels Division team at our south Windermere location in Edmonton, Alberta. The successful candidate will have open and flexible availability.

What you’ll do:
Be responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks and may be involved in the planning for the direction of their site. Achieve budgeted goals related to sales, margin, expenses, and inventory and execute sales strategies that support North Central Co-op’s vision. Achieve established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery and identify areas for improvement. Recruit, train, develop, coach, and motivate the site team while fostering a positive work environment that enables the engagement of all team members in the pursuit of desired results.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
- You have a post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
- You have 5+ years of retail experience (preferably in consumer gas industry)
- You’re familiar with merchandising
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
