Job Summary
Below Hair Studio is currently seeking a full-time receptionist to join our South location. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in social media and marketing, and experience in the beauty or salon industry.This role is a key part of our front desk team and brand presence, ideal for someone who is organized, confident, and passionate about the beauty space.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in a professional, welcoming manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and client communication
- Oversee front desk operations and daily flow
- Create and post engaging content across social media platforms
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
Experience
- Prior experience in a salon, spa, or beauty-related role
- Proficient with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy, client-focused environment.
- Familiarity with office procedures and administrative tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-oriented attitude with a focus on providing outstanding support.
Compensation
$18–$25 per hour, based on experience and skillset.
