Job Description:
Bâtard Bakery is looking for a reliable and experienced Prep Cook to join our kitchen team with baking experience!
Responsibilities:
- Support our kitchen team with daily prep tasks (chopping, portioning, organizing ingredients)
- Prepare quiches, soups, and other daily menu items
- Assist with prep for the front-of-house bistro service
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow food safety and workplace safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience
- Valid Food Safe Certificate (required)
- First Aid Certificate (asset)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-player with a positive attitude
- Baking experience
