The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an Audiologist associate to join our growing team. This is a full-time clinical role for someone who values autonomy, professional integrity, and long-term patient care.
You’ll work in a supportive private practice setting where your ideas are welcomed, your expertise is respected, and your growth is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments
· Fit, dispense, and fine-tune hearing aids from a variety of manufacturers using best practices (e.g., REMs)
· Fit and dispense hearing protection
· Provide patient-centered counselling and education
· Perform tinnitus consultations
· Perform cerumen removal
· Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
· Participate in clinical discussions and help foster a supportive, ethical team culture
· Abide by all infection control, privacy, and confidentiality standards.
What We’re Looking For
· Master’s degree or higher in Audiology from an accredited institution
· Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC)
· 1–3+ years of experience in private practice preferred though not essential
· New graduates with a supporting academic letter of reference attesting to their capability of meeting the requirements are welcome to apply.
· Experience with multiple hearing aid manufacturers and platforms
· Certificate C in Cerumen Management (or eligibility to obtain)
· Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
· Fluency in Mandarin is an asset, but not essential
· Self-motivated, curious, and genuinely committed to patient well-being
· Hearing aid repairs and cleanings for walk-ins
· Valid BC Drivers License
