CCI Canadian Circuits Inc. is looking to hire a full time, full cycle Bookkeeper with some reception duties. CCI Canadian Circuits Inc. is a printed circuit board manufacturing company that has been in business for over 30 years and we are looking for a energetic and motivated individual who can work in a fast paced environment and multi-task to help fill the role.
Hours of Work: Full time position, during business hours (8:30 am-5:00 pm). We offer a competitive compensation package including extended health care
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Processing day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payables and monthly entries.
- Posting Vendor Invoices.
- Verifying Accuracy of sales invoices and issuing invoices
- Reconciling bank statements.
- Enter, reconcile and manage Accounts Receivables
- Facilitating payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting customers.
- Payroll, GST/PST and other government remittances.
- Recording and posting credit card and other bank transactions.
- Arranging courier for daily shipping of orders (FedEx, UPS etc)
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Include:
- Positive attitude and solid work ethic
- Ability to work independently
- University degree/diploma required (concentration in accounting)
- Advanced computer skills including Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge on computerized accounting software – Sage 50 knowledge is mandatory
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
