Your Role as a Band Member
As a FOH & BOH Team Member, you’ll be on the frontlines of fun, taking center stage to deliver a memorable experience to every guest. Whether you’re rocking out with an air guitar or simply chatting with fans while serving delicious poutine, you’ll play a key part in turning customers into lifelong, loyal fans.
What Your Day Looks Like
- Bring the brand’s Weird, Wild & Wacky energy to life by engaging and entertaining guests
- Deliver exceptional hospitality with a positive and team-focused attitude
- Be knowledgeable about the full menu and confidently share it with fans
- Prepare Smoke’s signature poutine dishes with consistency and care, following all recipes and procedures
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and productivity
- Take guest orders, process payments accurately, and operate the POS system
- Ensure the restaurant, restrooms, and surrounding areas are always clean and presentable
- Open and close stations properly, completing setup and closing checklists
- Work with urgency and enthusiasm whether you’re cooking, cleaning, or serving guest.
What We’re Looking For
- A bold personality that aligns with our fun and energetic brand
- Strong team player with great communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods on a hot cooking line
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability, including late-night shifts on weekends
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a bonus.
