Hard working, good verbal and written English communication.
Experience with customer service, friendly with Patients and Families.
Knowledge of EMR/Accuro systems for booking, not required.
Knowledge of computer programs with Booking appointments, answering phone calls, sending Faxes and transcription of reports.
