Company Overview
Go Integrated Group of Companies requires a new Front Desk Receptionist with responsibilities covering a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of company administration. Other responsibilities will include coordinating and communicating office activities, greeting and screening visitors, answering and referring inbound telephone calls, and scheduling appointments, when requested. The Front Desk Receptionist will also be responsible for administrating company correspondence.

Essential Function
· Welcoming visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and directing them to the appropriate departments.
· Managing the reception area to ensure a professional and organized environment.
· Answering incoming calls, handling inquiries, and redirecting calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
· Ensure that the appropriate evacuation procedures are carried out in the event of an emergency.
· Receive and distribute all forms of paper correspondence.
· Manage boardroom bookings, assist with booking appointments when requested.
· Maintaining logs of incoming and outgoing shipments.
· Ensuring proper documentation for compliance with logistics standards and company policies.
· Assisting clients with queries related to shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and logistics services.
· Resolving minor issues or escalating customer complaints to the appropriate team.
· Ordering and managing office supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
· Monitoring access to the office premises and ensuring visitors follow company security protocols.
· Keeping track of visitor logs and ensuring confidentiality where required.
· Coordinate the logistical aspects of departmental programs, such as meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events.
· Where necessary, assist in compiling data for various reports.
· Observe and report any security issues.
· Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- 2-3 years of direct work experience in a receptionist capacity.
- Strong knowledge of general office procedures involving procurement, travel arrangements, budget management, and so on.
- Able to write simple correspondence, including memos, letters, etc.
- General mathematical skills.
- Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions in written, or verbal.
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering, as well as inventory control of these items.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
