Our NOC or network operations center, and helpdesk service offerings are available to our MSP contractual customers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reality Bytes employs a team of over 20 salaried and contractual employees to guarantee this offering, backed by SLA (service level agreements).
We are seeking a new hire to help with our front desk reception, and customer service duties in Medicine Hat. This person manages the front of our store and assist the Site Supervisor in any front of house sales of our clients, administration, accounts receivable, and invoicing duties. Our team stretches across the province and other parts of the globe, we're a diverse, fun, and highly educated group of mostly "nerd" types that loves to have fun at work, while providing best in class support and service to our clients. Our #1 goal is excellence in all customer interactions as much as possible.
Duties of this role include:
- Excellent and Empathetic customer service for in person, phone, and email to clients
- Training on our product line
- Superior customer service interactions at all times
- Handling cash floats, daily deposits
- Bank deposits from daily till sales
- Account receivable calls
- Invoicing
- Any other duties designated by the Site Supervisor
Required Skills:
- Excellent typing and computer skills
- Ability to handle a FAST paced work environment
- Learning on the fly, constant education improvements on our tools, services, offerings
- Empathy - assisting clients to ensure their needs are met
- Organized - being very organized, timely, and efficient
- Excellent phone etiquette and adaptable customer service skills is needed
Training on our systems and services will be provided on site. We have extensive video based training on our internal platforms.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
