We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a friendly demeanor, making them the first point of contact for our patients.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using Google Suite.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain patient records.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective communication.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with billing processes using QuickBooks as needed.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental office or as a dental receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications is essential for managing schedules and documentation.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus for handling billing tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer support skills, demonstrating patience and understanding when interacting with patients.
- Knowledge of data entry practices to ensure accuracy in patient information management.
