Your Mission
As our first Go-To-Market Growth Lead, you’ll build the engine that brings new law firms in the door and turns interest into long-term customers. No legacy systems, no hand-holding—just a blank canvas to test, learn, and create a repeatable growth machine.
What You’ll Do
- Run acquisition experiments across partnerships, events, outbound, and LinkedIn.
- Find and own the channels that bring in our best-fit law firm customers.
- Build partnerships that expand reach and boost credibility.
- Organize events that put us in front of top legal decision-makers.
- Turn cold outreach into warm conversations.
- Create the playbooks and processes that will scale with the team you build.
- Write copy that generates interest from our ideal customers

You’re a Fit If You
- Have 5+ years in B2B growth/GTM/demand gen (SaaS or professional services ideal).
- Are hyper curious and able to pick up new tools and tactics quickly.
- Love testing fast, learning fast, and doubling down on what works.
- Can thrive as a one-person growth team while thinking like a strategist.
- Communicate clearly and create messaging for different audiences.
- Have experience with copy writing for marketing and sales in email, social media, landing pages, or other relevant channels.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
