- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
- Handle complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially in Spanish) are highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling products based on customer needs is a plus.
