We are a multi-disciplinary clinic, located in the heart of Mississauga, at the intersection of Eglinton and Hurontario St. We are looking to grow our team and are currently seeking an Office Administrator. This position would be predominantly Afternoon/Evening shifts as well as covering Saturday shifts when the clinic is open.
Our practitioners and support staff work together to make sure that our team and patients have the best experience possible.
The job duties for this position include:
- Taking payments for appointments and products
- Booking and coordinating patient appointment schedules
- Processing patient extended health benefit claims and payments
- Assisting practitioners with intake forms
- Coordinating patient traffic through the clinic
- Contacting patients via phone, text and email daily
- Providing an exceptional customer experience
- Maintaining patient files
- Ensure general clinic cleanliness/sanitization
- Working with Moter Vehicle accident and Work place injury cases

- Be proficient with basic computer operations
- Be organized and punctual
- Have schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Knowledge of insurance/WSIB/MVA procedures is an asset.
- Knowledge of Jane/Universal is an asset
