Job Posting: FOH Manager / Supervisor – Perfect Landing Restaurant

Perfect Landing is seeking a passionate and experienced FOH Manager / Supervisor to help lead our restaurant team. If you thrive in a high-energy, guest-focused environment and have a strong background in hospitality, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Work alongside the General Manager to deliver outstanding food, beverage, and guest experiences
- Supervise FOH operations, ensuring exceptional service standards
- Provide leadership and mentorship to servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Lead pre-shift meetings, coordinate daily floor plans, and manage guest flow
- Use your bartender experience to support or cover the bar when needed
- Hire, train, and develop new team members
- Take ownership of scheduling, inventory, financial reporting, and achieving sales goals
- Maintain health, safety, and food handling standards
- Foster a fun, inclusive, and energetic team environment
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of previous restaurant supervisory or management experience
- Bartending experience is highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and restaurant management software
- Smart Serve Certified
- Organized, motivated, and solution-oriented
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
