**Overview:** We are seeking a Front of House (FOH) team member to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly - Provide menu recommendations and respond to customer inquiries - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Assist with opening and closing duties as needed **Requirements:** - Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred - Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and food service protocols - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to handle cash transactions, including cashiering and cash handling - Basic math skills for order processing and bill calculations - Bartending experience is a plus - Excellent customer service skills with a helpful attitude - Yelp guest manger experience is preferred.
