We’re looking for motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team as Financial Associate. No prior financial experience is required – we provide full training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed.
Any sales experience will be an added advantage for this position.
This role is commission-based, with unlimited income potential. You will assist clients in creating tailored financial plans while building your own business.
What You’ll Do:
Help clients with insurance, retirement, and investment solutions.
Conduct financial needs assessments and create customized strategies.
Build long-term client relationships based on trust and results.
Participate in ongoing training and obtain required financial licenses (we guide you through this process).
Build your own team and scale your business (optional leadership path).
Complete your government issued LLQP license ( Training will be provided)
Work remotely part time or full time based on your goals.
