Your Responsibilities
You’ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day financial operations for our clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity. Your duties will include:
- Processing receivables and payables, including:
- ○ Running EFT batches
- ○ Depositing cheques
- ○ Downloading and organizing vendor invoices
- ○ Confirming supporting documentation (EFT details, WCB, insurance)
- Drafting preliminary annual budgets
- Weekly mail pickup from Calgary office
- Communicating with vendors, clients, external bookkeepers, and auditors
- Assisting with client and vendor accounting questions
What We’re Looking For

- Proficient in QuickBooks Online and intermediate-level Google Sheets/Excel (including formulas)
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented approach
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized

Work Structure
- This is a remote role, with onsite training for the first 3–6 months
- Expect weekly travel for mail pickup and occasional evening client meetings
- You’ll receive all required equipment and be supported with structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship
