Duties

- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence, while adhering to proper formatting standards.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
- Assist in preparing for trials by compiling evidence and organizing exhibits.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with legal regulations.
Requirements
- Proven 1 year experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interviewing skills to effectively communicate with clients and gather pertinent information.
- Proficient in legal drafting with attention to detail in written communication.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining accurate records.
- Basic knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is an advantage.
- Strong clerical skills with proficiency in office software applications.
