Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Paint Associate with retail paint store experience and a passion for DIY. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of paint products, excellent customer service skills, and a decorating background (an asset). You will assist customers in selecting the right products, provide expert advice, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with paint selection, color matching, and product recommendations
- Provide expert advice on painting techniques and DIY projects
- Maintain a clean and organized paint department
- Process sales transactions and manage inventory
- Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Previous retail paint store experience required
- Passion for DIY and home decorating
- Decorating background is an asset
- Strong communication skills in English (French not required but an asset)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Work Schedule
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
- Store Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
