We are looking for a full time line cooks with the experience and confidence to act as a leader through our busy lunch and dinner shifts. While our kitchen is small, our output is mighty and our relationships between staff members and with our customers is unmatched. We offer a bi-weekly tip pool. Starting wage can be negotiated based on experience.
Shifts start as early as 9am and the restaurant closes at 12am (Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur), 1am (Fri, Sat). The kitchen team is usually out within a half hour of the restaurant closing. Your schedule will consist of a mix of days and nights, including closes. We are also understanding of your personal life and will work with you to set a semi-regular schedule that works for you.
Job duties are fairly standard, and consist of:
- Following recipe and specs layout by the Kitchen Manager with presentation specifications to “wow” our guests.
- Prioritizing the safe use of all equipment and adhering to all sanitation and food production codes.
- Cleaning and maintaining your station and maintaining food inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
