Omni Basement Systems, a regional leader in the Waterproofing and Foundation repair industry, is seeking to hire an experienced self starting, hands on Crew Leader to join our production team.

What you will do:
- Provide strong leadership and crew management skills
- Read and interpret blue prints & project plans to ensure efficient use of resources
- Respond quickly to problems and changing circumstances to provide rational solutions
- Confidently communicate with management, peers and customers
- Identify training needs with crew members
- Educate and develop yourself and others
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience
Requirements:
- Experience leading a crew
- Experience in waterproofing preferred- construction experience is a MUST
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Ability to work overtime and travel
- Able to attend training in the US as required
- A good understanding of Health and Safety
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong physical condition (must be able to lift 80 pounds) to navigate and install in basements, crawlspaces and foundations in all weather conditions
