As a Mow Crew Member at Wild Horizon Landscaping, you'll play a key role in maintaining the curb appeal and health of residential and commercial properties. We take pride in providing high-quality service, and our mow crew is at the forefront of delivering that experience to our clients.
Our typical work schedule runs Monday through Thursday, with Fridays added only as needed for weather delays or route completion. You’ll be part of a team responsible for executing weekly lawn maintenance routes with efficiency, attention to detail, and care for our equipment and clients’ properties.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain commercial lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns to professional standards
- Blow off all hard surfaces (walkways, driveways, patios) after mowing
- Inspect lawns for signs of damage, disease, or irrigation issues
- Maintain a clean and organized truck, trailer, and tool inventory
- Communicate with crew leaders and report issues or delays
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Represent Wild Horizon professionally on every job site
Qualifications:
- Prior lawn maintenance or landscaping experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Familiarity with commercial mowing equipment is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for driving roles)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
