Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Assistant (EA) delivers a wide variety of high-level administrative support. As the EA, you will have proven ability to work independently, screen and prioritize communication, meet deadlines, and have the ability to make decisions by anticipating needs. This role requires coordination of confidential/sensitive internal and external communications, the management of complex events, development of position relationships with various internal and external stakeholders including residents, clients, family members, employees, vendors, external organizational leaders, and government officials.

As the EA you play a key role in providing the CEO with assistance so he/she can fulfil their responsibilities as the senior administrator strongly reflecting the shared vision, mission and values of South Country Village (SCV). In addition, you will support the SCV Board and Committees so that they, as a volunteer Board, can accomplish their responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
