Job Duties:
Carry out administrative duties of the business, including supporting the executive leadership team. Review and implement new and current administrative procedures. Ensure all company procedures are followed, and deadlines are met. Coordinate and manage tradeshow events, including arranging travel and accommodations for sales staff and leadership, assisting with event setup, and ensuring smooth execution of all event details. Act as the front-desk receptionist, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
Skills Required:
- Must have effective interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office is required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage day-to-day facility operations (Monday–Friday, 7:30AM – 4:30PM)
- Provide executive assistance to members of the leadership team
- Coordinate tradeshow events between traveling Smack employees (sales team) and owners/leaders
- Act as front-desk receptionist, greeting clients, answering calls, and managing correspondence
- Prepare and maintain files with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000-70,000 CAD per year depending on experience
