Full-time, on-site Executive Secretary at Five Hills Mining Canada in Grande Cache, AB.
You will manage administrative and clerical tasks, support executives, liaise with stakeholders, and handle delegated secretarial duties. This role offers exposure to strategic business operations and opportunities for professional growth within our coal business development team.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated experience providing executive-level administrative support
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales-related role (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field from a top Canadian university
- Willingness to relocate to a small town
