RESPONSIBILITIES

* Answering Credible Threat calls from Employees in field locations, assessing the situation using both tools and processes, and looping in all necessary parties

* Using Social Media Listening tools, traditional media, slack, and other tools for timely and efficient monitoring, tracking, assessing, and analysis of events which may impact or have the potential to impact company's customers or employees (i.e. Acts of Violence, Acts of Terror, Public Transit Outages, Hurricanes) and aiding market response to these types of impact events

* Communicating market incidents to impacted teams in a timely and clear manner, to advise on necessary action for the market

* Monitoring tools for incidents impacting employees traveling for work, communicating broadly when necessary

* Using Social Listening tools to evaluate incidents occurring in proximity to Field Locations, notifying the necessary teams, guiding on necessary actions and attending incident management team meetings

* Communicating with large audiences including varying degrees of seniority

* Meticulously and accurately document incident alerts in real-time

* Respond professionally and quickly to internal feedback and inquiries

* A clear understanding of the importance of privacy, given the nature of information monitored, tracked, and discussed within this team

* Showing up to work on-time, so that no incidents are missed.

* A clear understanding that this job will require you to be on-call and to handle situations outside of a standard 9-5, and a willingness to step in to help when needed, regardless of time

Requirement

Experience in Safety and/or de-escalation is a plus

Experience working with sensitive information

Ability to make independent decisions within a broad procedural framework

Ability to multi-task and meet short-term and high-intensity deadlines

Be able to contribute to and thrive in a collaborative team environment

Be able to work autonomously, and function in a schedule working alone

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
