Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Assistant to support teachers and enhance the learning experience for students in a classroom setting.This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
Duties
- Require speaking Mandarin fluently.
- Provide support to students with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities.
- Facilitate small group instruction and one-on-one tutoring sessions.
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers regarding individual student needs.
- Assist with classroom management and discipline as needed.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.25 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
