Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. This role requires effective communication skills, both in English and potentially in other languages, to engage with children and their families. The Early Childhood Teacher will play a vital role in shaping the early learning experiences of children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster children's growth and learning.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to build strong relationships.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development.
- Utilize computer operation skills for record-keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes.
- Lead classroom activities that promote teamwork, cooperation, and leadership skills among children.
- Ensure compliance with all childcare regulations and standards to maintain a high-quality educational program.
Qualifications
- LEVEL 3 OR 2 OR 1
- CPR CERTIFICATE
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to write clear reports and documentation regarding children's progress.
- Proficiency in computer operation for administrative tasks related to the classroom.
- A passion for educating young children and fostering their development through engaging activities.
