Are you a confident, experienced door-to-door sales rep who thrives face-to-face and loves the thrill of closing warm, in-person leads? Baldwin & Co. Painting & Finishing is seeking a motivated rep to generate qualified leads in local neighbourhoods. No selling or booking – just quality introductions and contact collection.
Who We Are:
Baldwin & Co. is a Baeumler Approved, locally family-owned company specializing in premium cabinet refinishing and interior painting. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, professionalism, and a personal touch. We’re not selling cheap — we’re selling quality homeowners want.
What You’ll Do:
· Knock on doors in targeted residential areas (Calgary and nearby)
· Introduce Baldwin & Co.’s services in a warm, professional way and talk to homeowners about our cabinet refinishing and interior painting.
· Collect basic contact info from homeowners interested in a free estimate
· Submit leads to our office team — no booking or follow-up required by you
What You’ll Earn:
· $60 per verified, qualified lead that becomes an Estimate
You Are:
✔Comfortable going door-to-door and creating conversations. ✔Reliable, professional, and represent a premium brand with pride ✔Self-motivated — this is a commission-only position ✔Previous experience in door-to-door, in-person sales, or canvassing is a strong asset
