Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils used in food preparation and service.
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and food preparation surfaces.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to support cooks and kitchen staff.
- Help with the organization of kitchen supplies and inventory management.
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling practices are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during busy service periods.
Requirements
Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
