At Ellipsis, we blend the craft of coffee, cocktails, and hospitality to create spaces where people can slow down and connect. Our café transforms into a cocktail bar in the evenings, offering a unique and dynamic work environment.

We’re looking for a full-time Dishwasher to join our opening team, someone energetic, reliable, and ready to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active, with good physical stamina — able to be on your feet and move efficiently throughout your shift
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
• Reliable and punctual

What You’ll Do:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with basic food prep or kitchen tasks as needed
• Support the team during busy service to keep things flowing
