Kotn is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director, Ecommerce & Growth to lead our digital business and performance marketing efforts. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through a best-in-class online shopping experience and a robust, data-driven acquisition and retention strategy.
What you’ll be working on:
Digital Marketing & Growth (40%)
- Define and lead the strategy for paid digital marketing with a focus on efficiency, scale, and innovation
- Optimize acquisition and retention programs through full-funnel analysis and iterative testing
- Identify opportunities to evolve channel mix and creative strategy to support broader campaign and product priorities
- Oversee lifecycle marketing strategies including email and new retention channels to maximize LTV and repeat purchase rate
- Partner with Creative and Brand teams to develop performance-driving content aligned with key launches and seasonal campaigns.
Ecommerce Site Strategy (30%)
- Partner with the Ecommerce Manager to shape and uphold the digital roadmap, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals and timelines are met
- Support the Ecommerce team in driving accountability across merchandising, UX, and development workstreams, with a focus on conversion rate optimization, AOV, and overall site performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and launch new features, categories, and enhancements that elevate the customer experience and commercial impact
- Ensure the site reflects the brand’s identity and is optimized to support campaign storytelling, product drops, and seasonal moments
Performance Modeling & Analytics (30%)
- Build and maintain financial planning and forecasting models to set targets across paid media, retention, and web
- Deliver clear reporting and insights to senior leadership that translate data into actionable opportunities
- Monitor key digital KPIs and continuously iterate on strategies to improve efficiency and channel performance

Additional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing, with direct responsibility for revenue-driving initiatives
- Deep understanding of Meta as a performance channel, with experience building and scaling campaigns
- Experience with tools such as Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and marketing attribution platforms
