About the Company:
We are respected team of professional engineers, passionately delivering world class solutions to their client’s water challenges. Our business is Process Development and delivering Process solutions focused on water recycling, reuse and recovery of valuable constituents. We are part of a global team that services strategic markets from bases in Canada, USA, France, India and China.
About The Role:
We are seeking a experienced and strategic professional to join our small but dynamic EPCM organization. This hybrid role combines the strategic leadership responsibilities of a Director of Projects with the hands-on execution of a Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate will provide oversight across our project portfolio while also directly managing select projects. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in both leadership and delivery roles, and who values the agility and impact of working in a smaller organization.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to leader for some of our most complex and high-impact projects. You’ll work closely with engineering managers, project teams, and other key stakeholders to keep everything moving smoothly—from big-picture planning to day-to-day execution. If you’ve got solid experience managing large-scale projects in the energy or heavy industrial sectors, and you’re comfortable making tough decisions while keeping teams aligned and clients confident, this is your kind of challenge.

- Manage the procurement process, including bid package development, evaluation, contract negotiation, and vendor oversight. Ensure alignment with project requirements and commercial terms.
- Support or lead claims management efforts, including documentation, negotiation, and resolution of disputes. Maintain a proactive approach to issue resolution and contractual compliance.
