The Digital Marketing Specialist leads execution across owned, earned, and paid digital channels. This role will be responsible for driving results through a range of digital initiatives, including paid media, performance analysis, and cross-functional planning. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in performance marketing, familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), a solid understanding of digital best practices, and a proactive, analytical mindset to support continuous optimization.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, aligning with overall business objectives
- Manage end-to-end execution of lifecycle and promotional campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including segmentation, journey mapping, testing, and personalization
- Ensure channel compliance and apply best practices across email and SMS communications
- Support full-funnel marketing initiatives including owned, earned, and paid media. Coordinate messaging, assets, and landing page experience across digital touchpoints
- Drive lower-funnel SEO improvements by implementing enhancements at the campaign level and optimizing on-page elements such as H1 tags, metadata, structured data, and internal linking
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, SFMC, and internal dashboards
- Conduct A/B testing across campaigns and digital assets to evaluate performance variables and optimize content, targeting, and user experience
- Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs in collaboration with network partners and publishers to drive qualified traffic and incremental sales
- Coordinate digital messaging, creative assets, and landing page experiences across touchpoints to ensure consistency and optimization
- Additional duties as assigned
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; certification is plus
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and understanding compliance considerations
- Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals and technical implementation
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Analytics, and marketing dashboards
- Experience in managing affiliate marketing programs
- Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners
- HTML/CSS familiarity is a plus
