Beaumont and Hometown Orthodontics are looking for an energetic and motivated Dental Receptionist/Administrator to add to our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity that allows you to be part of a growing clinic with a great culture and lots of upward movement potential. At Hometown Ortho, we believe in having fun while delivering great service to our patients.
You will be responsible for:
- Greeting the patients and welcoming them to the clinic
- Scheduling and booking
- Answering the phones and the emails
- Receiving payments
- Proof-reading everything mailed to patients or other doctors
This is full-time to part-time position, and will be based at our West Edmonton and/or Beaumont locations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Orthodontic receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
