Responsibilities:
- Apply your warm personality to help inform and educate patients about maintaining or improving their oral health
- Review medical history, chief complaint(s), radiographs, key findings etc. when booking appointments and triaging calls
- Excel in documentation and email correspondence
- Effectively and efficiently schedule and re-book patients
- Send pre-determinations, referrals, and other insurance and billing correspondence
- Execute proper health and safety protocols
- Apply proper IPAC protocols for sterilization and room turn-over
Qualifications:
- CDA II with HARP certification
- Experience with Tracker is an asset, but training will be provided if needed
- 1 year or more of experience as a Dental Administrator is an asset, but all candidates, including new graduates, will be considered
Schedule:
- Tuesdays - Thursdays - Front Desk
- Fridays and the last Saturday per month - Floater
- Option to add more days as needed
