About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, friendly attitude
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering phone calls and handling patient inquiries
- Managing patient records and insurance claims
- Supporting the clinical team with smooth front-desk operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dental office software is a plus
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Prior dental or medical office experience preferred, but not required
