Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to temporarily join our team for 3 weeks starting mid August, while our admin is going on family trip. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent support to both staff and clients. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a medical or dental office environment and possess administrative skills. Few-days training will be provided depending on the skill level and experience.
Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the office.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
- Utilize dental terminology to assist in patient interactions and documentation.
- Operate office equipment including phone systems, computers, and printers efficiently.
- Support the other dental receptionist as needed to ensure seamless operation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in using phone systems and standard office software applications (Basic training will be provided).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Tagalog language will be a great asset.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
