Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist users with onboarding, resolve technical questions, and help maintain high levels of user satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to support tickets, emails, and chat messages
- Guide users through platform features and tools
- Document support requests and escalate technical issues when needed
- Maintain and update support materials (FAQs, guides)
- Provide feedback to the development team
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing support role
- Excellent written English and clear communication skills
- Familiarity with support systems (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk)
- Basic understanding of digital platforms and SaaS tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Compensation: Hourly rate, based on experience
