Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Utilize analysis skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales Operations, or related field preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Cantonese) are a plus.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques and sales strategies is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
