Job Summary:
Travel Shield is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for welcoming new customers and maintaining customer service levels on a daily basis. This position will also be responsible for processing orders, billing, and customer support.
Essential Duties:
- Answer inbound calls and respond appropriately
- Take orders and process payments via phone or computer
- Handle customer complaints and follow up to resolve them
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive attitude and work with integrity to create a great experience for customers
- Work with other call center representatives to ensure that all outbound calls are answered in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs and suggest products or services that will meet their needs
- Follow up with customers to ensure an outstanding customer service experience
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer payments, and file documents in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Skills:
·Proven experience in a customer service or as a Call Center Representative in related field (preferred)
·Familiarity with customer support systems and systems that use outbound communication (preferred)
·Strong organizational skills with attention to detail required. Ability to multitask. Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to work well with others.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
