Zonda is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) based in Canada, who will be focused on servicing our Canadian client base. The CSM will be tasked with helping the company grow by maintaining strong relationships with leaders in Canada and ensuring that clients have a positive overall experience. This fast-paced position is best suited for someone who is self-directed, and customer focused.
Characteristics of a Successful Customer Success Manager:
- Enjoy presenting and sharing technology solutions with clients.
- Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experienced with technology platforms, especially Apple products, iPad and iOS
- Thrives in collaborative team environments and values shared success
- Comfortable leading online webinars and managing virtual meetings
- Confident in engaging with clients via phone, video, and in-person communication
- Passionate about training and helping clients fully understand and utilize powerful tools and features
- Attentive to client needs and skilled at aligning them with the right solutions
- Familiar with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Experienced with Customer success Software Platforms
- Excels as primary point of contact, building long-term client relationships
- Curious and enthusiastic about learning new business approaches with a proactive mindset
- Committed to building trust and recognizing when its established to drive progress
- Enjoys attending networking events, engaging with attendees, and building rapport
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) preferred
- Must be located in Canada and authorized to work in the country
- 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar client-facing role
- Professional demeanor with strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly with clients
- Strong technical aptitude and CRM experience required; Salesforce experience preferred
- Interest in or experience with the housing industry
- Team oriented with a customer-first mindset
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
