We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Transportation Coordinator. This multifaceted role involves managing customer relationships, scheduling customer sales orders, handling and coordinating shipping, logistics, and supporting Team in coordinating customers requests. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional service and supporting operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Transportation Coordinator
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming order sales coordination between the Sales Team and Production group via phone and email
- Prepare and follow up on transportation quotes and estimates for new and existing clients
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Process sales orders and manage order entry with accuracy and attention to detail
Order & Production Management
- Coordinate and monitor production orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Communicate with the production team to manage timelines and resolve issues
- Maintain up-to-date order status in internal systems and inform customers accordingly internal and external
Shipping & Logistics
- Coordinate daily shipments, including scheduling pickups and preparing shipping documents
- Work with carriers and freight providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues promptly
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service, inside sales, or operations role
- Experience with order processing, shipping, purchasing, or production coordination is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
- Familiarity with manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
