Part-Time Sales Associate (2–3 days/week, Saturdays & Sundays required + 1 weekday)

Flooring Liquidators Mississauga is conveniently located near the highway and public transit at 1672 Dundas Street East, Mississauga. Since opening in 2018, we have proudly served the diverse flooring needs of clients across the GTA with dedication and professionalism.
Qualifications
**Minimum 5 years of Sales Experience**
- Minimum 5 years of Customer Service Experience
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Friendly, positive, and proactive with a can-do attitude
- Comfortable working independently — ability to manage the store alone if required
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient with: Excel, QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, POS systems, fax, Gmail, Kijiji, and Facebook Marketplace
- Strong product knowledge and customer service orientation
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and education
- Provide excellent service to close sales effectively
- Process orders, answer phones, and respond to customer inquiries
- Open and close the showroom according to schedule
- Handle administrative tasks: filing, booking orders, scheduling installations, and following up with clients
- Create and post ads online; maintain the store’s digital presence
Training
- Paid Training: 2–3 weeks
Schedule
- Weekends required (Saturday & Sunday)
- One additional weekday shift
Compensation & Job Type
- Pay: $19/hour
