Reports to: Branch Manager and Operations Officer

Location: 4300 Steeles Ave E, Markham, ON L3R 0Y5
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service to new and existing clients;
- Complete customer transactions in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner;
- Process counter transactions in a way that meets customer expectations;
- Identify sales opportunities and refer them to the sales team for follow-up and closure to meet business goals set by the Branch;
- Provide administrative support to Customer Relation Representatives and the Operations Officer.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of post-secondary degree or College Diploma in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A higher degree is an asset;
- Minimum of one years of customer service or cashier experience. Banking experience is an asset;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese to effectively perform the responsibilities of the position. Verbal Cantonese skills are considered an asset;
- Excellent attention to details;
- Willingness to learn and self-motivation to support the team;
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle difficult situations;
- Demonstrated effectiveness in achieving work accuracy on the first attempt;
- Strong common sense and patience, especially when addressing customer requests and inquires;
- Proven adherence to bank policies and procedures.
