Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Help service walk in clients for shipping, printing, scanning and other services.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Identify opportunities for upselling products or services based on customer needs.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging situations or complaints.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent support.
- Effective communication skills in English
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail. No room for error for addresses.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience in sales and upselling techniques is a plus. Job will pay bonus commission on marked up sales.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication standards.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
