The Range Langley is Canada's largest indoor shooting range open to the public. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. A CSR will have a welcoming and outgoing personality, clear communication qualities is a must. Duties include:
- Greeting customers
- Checking in customers to the range
- Administering membership applications
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Taking reservations
- Cleaning and maintaining the facility
- Taking payments
- Closing the till and other closing duties
- Other related duties
Knowledge of firearms and the firearm industry is a huge asset. A successful candidate will be required to attend a firearms course and qualify for a Possession and Acquisition license (unless already qualified).
