Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Multilingual abilities, particularly in English and French, are highly desirable. Monthly bonus and overtime payment are offerred.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering accurate information in a timely manner.
- Assist customers in navigating the company website, troubleshooting technical problems, and addressing account-related questions.
- Support customers in understanding their policies and completing transactions such as claims, renewals, and new orders.
- Accurately process payments for purchased services while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of customer accounts, fostering strong relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer complaints and dissatisfaction professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolution and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is necessary; additional languages such as Mandarin are a plus.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
